i am an agnostic ...I had been reading and exploring all religions lately ..I had read the bible cover to cover ..I dont know why but reading the bible only gives me hopelessness ,despair and depression. .Literally from the first book of genesis to the last book of revelation,There is literally zero hope or any motivational or positive thing there in that Book..There are certain chapters in the bible which does have heavy motivation and consolation ,But such things are only for jews I think ,since the old testament contradicts a lot to new testament ..in Old testament in Bible there are blessings for jews since the isrealites are ordered to go and exterminate and annihilate all the other nations and plunder all the goods and wealth of those nations (which ethically is really wrong )..
In new testament ,that is for gentiles ,There is HARDLY any thing good at all ..Suffering ,death,persecution,self denial,picking up your cross ,don't have wealth and all sorts of melancholies is what is being encouraged in the new testament ..I do not at all think any sane man should ever be a christian ,since there is 0 blessings ,encouragement or anything there ..I know about quran ,So i dont wanna explore that religion ..Been reading about satanism and this forum related blog ..Will I be accepted in satanism?But since I am an agnostic ,How do I know satan exists and he is the only true God ?
