Greeting to all SS gentiles

In the JOS witchcraft section there is a page labeled image/puppet magic and it explains how to construct an idol/puppet of the individual that is to be targeted with either white or black magic, now in the page it says that this idol can either be a physical doll made using the personal belongings of the target or that it can be a visualized mental image of the person in question, now you could also try and evoke the energy of whatever kind directly into the psychical material body of the person in the real world that you intend to manipulate through remote-viewing/astral travel, although that would be very advanced and hard i believe, but my question is what of these 3 methods is the most efficient one?

Also if i were to visualize the person in question hoovering above me outside my body as if that person was right there in the best way i can, would that in turn give me the ability to access their chakras, subtle body and aura? If so... Could you actually "meditate for someone" like opening their chakras and breathing energy into them in the same way you do it with your own body but instead doing it with this visualized image of the person?
