Take pictures of Putin, Jinping, Netanyahu, and other world and military dictators,, put their picture against pictures of Accidents,, Plague,, War scenes,, Mass dead bodies,, etc. PICTURES FACING EACH OTHER. ..... You can use psionic equipment if you want... or just let the pictures do the work, bury them if you want..... You can also visualize death energy, runes used to vibrate the negative side of them against the target, or the elements, a picture of fire against a picture of an enemy, leader, dictator, etc. Then visualize fire moving through the fire picture into the target's picture facing against the fire picture. Lots of possibilities. For those who feel so inclined. You can also put death herbs, runic images, written curses on the pictures. If you can put ( or bury ) the pictures in a place of death, pain, loss, sadness, etc. That might help as well. Rotting animal, or insect corpses and blood might help as well. ( Not suggesting anyone kill animals. ) . If one has a dead mouse, squirrel, cat, that died of natural causes or fights with other animals, run over by a vehicle, etc. Just use the imagination. Lots more ways . Attack FRTR and other RTRs on them as well.

Anyway, attacking their "puppets" is a waste of energy, the RTRs are the point of focus, destroying their source of existence.

I just wish to say that personally I think the FRTRs and Schedules are more than enough
There should be a balance between destruction and creation, don't get eaten up by hatred nor by positivity.
Creation brings ability to destroy, destroying makes space for creation!
As a summary I just recommend using your spare energy to grow even more
