First of all, I greatly appreciate the information on the website, it has helped me tremendously in my journey. I feel like sharing some not so common observations from own experience that may or may not help someone who reads this post.
The trick in nurturing the body is to give provide life energy. Life consumes life, that’s the “law of nature”, humans are part of nature and, therefore, when consuming food, should receive life energy, not drain the body out of it. I don’t promote any kind of diet, that’s an individual choice, however, if sticking to raw foods, the body should feel better. It’s a common misconception that raw food is veganism. In practice, raw meat, and even better raw liver, is the food that nourishes the body. There are few things to pay attention to, for example finding good sources, preferably unvaccinated and medically untreated animals that slaughtered in a humane way. Moreover, such food should be consumed with a certain intention and with gratitude to the animals who has given their life away. More details - figure out on your own.
On the contrary, cooked meat is destroyed food and is damaging - that’s the answer, in my opinion, to the most common debate in scientific community about dangers of consuming meat. I don’t know about any of the studies done on raw meat in mainstream science. If you’d like to explore further, check out Pottenger’s Cats experiment - the results are surprising at the very least. If following the line of thinking from that experiment, it may as well be, as when humans change their diet and start paying more attention to what they ingest, they may as well reverse the, what I believe is, slow decay with prelevance of chronic tiredness and diseases.
If you’d like to learn more from my experience - ask your questions and I may or may not answer them in this thread. If there’s an option to DM, feel free to use that one as well.
