this post is probably not that necessary
however, i'm really angry about this matter so i'd like to share with you these things that i discovered and tested on myself first, so that you can avoid the same mistakes i made

this can help many who are interested in this.

i admit i haven't read all the posts here about it, but in this specific case it doesn't matter

let me tell you

steroids are stupid most of the time
people simply lack knowledge
the human body has rules regarding athleticism

for example, in bodybuilding
you shouldn't take the WRONG advices of modern bodybuilders
or, to be specific, the bastard Jews with their pharmacies and scientists who control the industry and tell you to
train hours a day everyday surpassing your nature limits, eat as many meals as possible until feeling like throwing up, take hundreds of supplements from some affiliate link with some coupon code from your trusted favorite influencer who most of the time is on real steroids
so that you consume and buy as much shit as possible while :
destroying your body
grow little to no muscle
damage yourself in one hundred ways

it's convenient for them, obviously not for you
you think you'll be "superman" with all this unnecessary shit, while you're actually just fuckin' up your mind and your body

if one's dream is to be at the standards of mister Olympia and he's very wise, he studied a lot about this or he has true medical help about it, perhaps COULD BE another thing

however, before training a certain way, eating certain things with certain amounts of calories, listening to the jew science, thinking that you may need steroids, etc
one should do some good research about it, there is so much more than what they tell you

scientific principles are applied
to the physique re-compensating itself and so, diet, sleep, etc (muscle recovery)
the specific, correct and best exercises (their sequence in order, angulation, posture)
the training method (intensity, frequency, volume)

everything really

this is all you really need to know and apply to maximize the results you want, at least physically speaking
i'm not taking in consideration the possible spiritual help in this if well programmed, i don't really know this but
with this strategy you could actually realize you don't even need steroids in the first place

these above are fundamental factors even if one decides to take steroids, as they are always applied, maybe slightly differently, relating to the chemistry of steroids and the human body's responses to it

all in relation, obviously, to individual characteristics, genetics, etc

if one is passionated about bodybuilding and building muscle
consider taking a look at MIKE MENTZER and what he said in the past

don't pay much attention about what he did in his life
so his lifestyle, his choices, etc

just pay attention to what he said about bodybuilding, human nature, science, nutrition, etc

i'd like to add more here

i started to feel weak and tired all the time, fucked up in the head, and i couldn't progress
i did my research and realized i overtrained
as you can see, this is a true based story
in the year before, i screwed up even more with training, nutrition, etc
because i didn't really know anything about it, i was starting from scratch to understand how things worked
i hadn't even discovered Mentzer at the time of this post
i just did some research here and there and recognized the truth about overtraining
however, by reducing training frequency and training volume (maintaining high intensity in my sets and workouts) i was getting stronger and growing muscles much faster
so that a certain point i said to myself, there must be something wrong with all this
i'm very curious by nature, i always want to delve deeper and know everything
i discovered more and more things regarding diet, training, etc, and i made my own corrections, as much as i could
in recent times i discovered Mike, i studied about him and i realized that all of this made more than one sense
even though i had already been able to put on some pretty decent muscle mass before
when i applied all these corrections i had an exponential growth
in fact this is how it should work, for a natural athlete, but also a doped one as i have already said, although one of the determining factors that changes is the accelerated recovery, so the capacity of managing stress, and so on

so once again, for anyone interested in bodybuilding, Mike Mentzer has already explained everything in the past, in extreme details
sometimes it's difficult to understand what he means and it may seem that he contradicts himself (in some cases he has done so a little over time) but by paying the right attention you'll understand everything

moreover

i'm not a perfect role model to follow
and certainly not everything i do in my life at the moment is right or the right thing so
you shouldn't imitate me
also because everyone has individual needs in this regard, and i applied all this knowledge on myself according to my specific needs

however, just to give you an idea, i can tell you this

i'm natural, no steroids or anything similar

at the moment i'm training about 2 days a week
i'm also reducing the training frequency of my legs to almost nothing because they are already quite muscular and i have specific proportions in mind that i want to achieve
training has become much more fun, satisfying, short and not stressful except maybe in those specific moments of high intensity, with time you could actually enjoy them

i'm eating much less than the thousand meals i forced myself to eat before
and most importantly
the right meals, in relation to the macronutrients contained
once again i recommend you to not follow the jew science by exceeding physiological limits or eating shit, you're only hurting yourself
being able to do these wrong things and even achieve something by doing them doesn't mean that it is what should be done

hydration is very important
the muscles need to be "pumped up"
just enough, you don't have to drink liters and liters of water

by correcting my diet like this i also noticed improvements in my skin, etc
and i mean, emptying myself of all that fats, sugars and shit, you don't need them, they are very bad for your overall health

as for supplements
i'm taking less than 5 grams of creatine everyday, for all its benefits
and vitamin D, for my intense deficiency

there are a lot of things that
contrary to what one might think
are not that important
"recovery times" during training, the amount of calories to be consumed everyday
once you've studied about it, just use common sense, without the need to establish precise rules for stupid things like those

looking at myself on the outside
you might ask me if i take steroids, even just "some"
the reality is that you will never believe in the potential expressed by someone if you, yourself, don't even know how to express it

this makes sense

however, looking at what some have said
to be honest i don't see the passion about sculpting one's body that dramatic

always training flexibility and focusing on overall balanced proportions you could simply have a muscular physique and the aesthetics of it

moreover, there are many benefits by "building" one's body (bodybuilding)
mentally and physically

just an example of the latter, much more strength of the physical body which is a derivated factor even if not directly trained
because remember, here i'm referring to training to stimulate growth, build muscles, not other things, you sure don't have to bench an autobus for this

this could be also training for your focus because
if someone delved deeper and wanted to train properly, sooner or later would develop an excellent mind-muscle connection, trained during the workouts themselves

then the aesthetics of a muscular physique is up to judge, but as long as health is preserved, i don't really think there's anything bad about it

correct me if you think i'm wrong of course

also, once you've achieved the desired muscles, maintaining your physique is even easier

it doesn't even take up much time, if someone is passionate about it and has some free time to spend (a few hours a week) i don't see why not he could dedicate himself to this instead of some other true shit out there, perhaps combining it with a healthy lifestyle to maximize everything

what is certain is that i don't know how much this could be the same for women
for example, doing bodybuilding like the jews want you to could certainly hurt them more
i assume that the response of their body (together with the menstrual cycle, etc)
could be much worse
however, in my opinion there would be more appropriate ways for women to do this too, without becoming a transgender hulk obviously
just sculpting the body

reflecting more about this
it all seems like a well-constructed design to me
just think about it
if someone nowadays was passionate about bodybuilding and sculpting their body
and all they could find about it was rubbish and confusing information
and so
finding himself in all these problems without even realizing it
(among other things, looking at incredible physiques on social media etc everyday, natural or not)
would be much more driven to consume
destroy his body and his mind without a fucking reason
doing the exact contrary compared to what one's should do
and eventually even go to steroids
without perhaps even having any real knowledge about them or again
being guided by clowns who just want their money and clearly don't care about their health

jewish propaganda in bodybuilding is very intense

I agree with the general message.

i'd like to suggest you guys these two very short videos about Mike Mentzer

(btw, the new forum interface is fantastic, much simpler than the previous one and the additional features are spectacular)
