I've read the chakra spinning part in 40 days tutorial. But I couldn't fathom what the shape of chakras are really is .Like I understand the heart chakra is like yoni and 2 chakras are upward facing and 4 are downward facing. But I have problems visualizing them in 3d when I'm about to spin them. Are they like pyramids or simply like the triangle when drawn on paper. It is also said that they are like miniature spinning tornado. When I start spin them can they be already spinning or they remain in static position and needs to be start spinning. I can't visualize spin the chakra from static to slowly in motion then in full motion. I also saw a post somewhere where they said they did powerful working and then when they did chakra spin, they could see various shapes like flowers...( I can't remember properly) So how can I improve my visualisation power and spin chakras easily. And please answer my other queries in this post please . Thank you.

The Seven Major Chakras, including the front, back and side extensions are in the shape of a Pyramid.
The Chakras are always spinning, whether you spin them or not.
Knowingly spinning the chakras increases our level of vibration. Thus, the soul vibrates at a higher frequency.
They can be closed as well by stopping their spin, albeit this is temporary.

The Center (Heart) Chakra:

The base and the top of the cone do not interject or go into one another to the point they become a six pointed star when around.

Try to "see" it rather than imagine it.

Your heart is not a david's star. These yantra symbols are mainly for purposes of being reminders about specific numbers and other things, not chakra geometry.

Now maybe the jews who make these have a "I Love Israel" flag into their heart too as a shape.

1 is the correct way. Other than that, you do not have to stick too much to these things. Just imagine them and go ahead and work on them. If you imagine it in any other way it's not going to do major wrong. You can also imagine chakras as a vortex. - HP. Hoodedcobra666

To improve one's visualisation: Hell's Army Spiritual Warfare Training Manual

Lastly:
Reading books is number one. Flame meditation is the greatest meditation to visualize or have visions (I think Cobra put it under elemental divination but can be done without any element infusion for beginners). Pointed meditation, same as the above. Color meditation also helps a lot. If you have time, even drawing.

You need to achieve stability, then sharpness of mind and focus, then accordingly increase of visual faculty and imagination. The above help that. - NakedPluto
