chakra spinning questions

Chakras keep randomly spinning out of control from nowhere, what does this mean? How to stop or decrease the speed? It's quite annoying/distracting and usually happens when I'm lying down and reading, or working at my desk... I think I'm accidentally triggering a yoga pose or something.

Also, are chakras supposed to spin in a particular direction? Mine spins left and not usually in a circular-clock motion, but Google is saying it's supposed to spin clockwise?

And does it matter how I specifically choose to visualise? I didn't like the vortex thing, so I just imagined an elongated hard crystal point, sort of like medieval jousting lance.

The verse is not important. The chakras have pyramidal shapes. Pyramids are "representations" of the chakras. They can also be visualized as small shining suns.

Okay, thanks, but with the 4th - am I supposed to imagine the Yoni shape spinning instead of a pyramid/vortex?

I'm assuming it's not too important, but I don't want to build bad habits and wish to do things as perfectly as possible.

That's a good accomplishment. You're not supposed to stop or decrease their speed at all. They are supposed to be spinning at all times. The higher the speed, the higher their level of vibration.

Instead of trying to stop them or decrease their speed, I suggest doubling down on void meditation so you can easily ignore them when you don't need to do anything with them.

Okay, I think you're right. I think it had something to do with "chakra activity times" as well, but I'll start doing more void meditation. I didn't know it was supposed to be a constant state.

A little bit confusing, though, since it mentions here: https://www.satanisgod.org/EZ_Chakra_Spin.html that the chakras are meant to either point upwards or downwards, but in the visual they're placed horizontally?
