Chakra Spinning

On the site there is no instruction on which direction to spin the chakras.
However there was a 3d rendered gif shared here before, by I forget who, but it was the instruction to spin them in alternating directions.
1st one way, 2nd other way, and so on.

However I can't help be be curious where this detail came from if it's not on the main site.
Did a HP expound in a sermon or a forum post? And what's the reasoning for alternating directions?

I also want to know if I'm supposed to spin them in the same order every time or if I can switch the order. If so, do I switch it up whenever I feel like or do so based on astrological placements, the lunar cycle, a witch's Sabbat etc?
If it's the same order every time when which direction will the 1st and 7th chakras go?

First you need to understand why you spin your Chakras in order to understand the proper way to do it. The Chakras need to be calibrated so they face in the proper direction, imagine a top when it’s spinning it’s perfectly facing up and down but when it runs out of energy it’s lopsided. Spinning the chakras makes sure they are in line with each other and symmetrical so the souls energy flows optimally. Manually trying to make them point up and holding them there would be far more difficult then simply letting them spin and having the laws of physics do that for you. You also get to mix energy from the right side of your soul into the left side and vise versa because of the current the momentum makes.

Understanding this it actually doesn’t matter what direction they spin or the order you do it in because all that matters is that they are spinning. I would highly recommend they spin in the same direction. I do right to left then bottom to tbecause that’s what I’m conformable with, whatever you decide make sure you like it because you’ll be able to feel them spin all the time or when doing other exercises if your advance enough and will want something that feels natural.

There is actually a law that a current flowing in a direction, will make a clockwise spinning energy field. So if the current flows in the direction that the chakras are facing, and the current's energy field interact with the chakra, than we can conclude the following:
All chakras spinning clockwise. The upper chakras that are facing downwards spin clockwise, if you view it from above, where it takes the energy from, or if you view it from the front torso, than it spins from right to left.
The bottom chakras, facing upwards spin clockwise, if you view it from the bottom, where they take energy from. If you view it from the front, it spins from left, to right.

Some says it doesn't matter, some says to spin in a direction where it automatically spins, but scientifically, this could be the most accurate explanation, but I don't know atomic physics and all that.

Start by spinning the base chakra first, then the sacral, and so on, so forth until you have spun all 7 of them.
