Astrial project?

I'm tryin to focus on void meditation more. I do it sitting and after 15 minutes I start nodding off kinda like falling asleep. Still I try to sit through it. Yesterday I got annoyed and decided to do void laying down, ofc I knew there was a chance I'd fall asleep.

Well while doing void laying down I might've accidentally astrial projected. I was moving my hand and looked at em as they were invisible. And I wasnt all the way coherent and couldn't really control it...just experience it. And I started to feel a heavy cramp. I felt like heavy pressure or electric shock on the side of my abdomen. It was suffocating and kinda hurt all I could do was try to breathe but it would intensify. There were two guy voices telling me to shut up and talking shit. I kinda asked in pain, "help me?" And they said "now you want help, no that you see what nature does". I then asked them "what is that?!?" Referring to whatever was drilling in my side(I couldn't really see much). And they said, "a serpent". "Ask your Satan for help" and that's when I seen a transparent outline above me and I tried to take a swing a it dispite the unbearable uncomfort drilling at my side. an old high school friend came to me and told me to be nice and idk If it was just her presence but it calmed me down and I felt like I was floating and the feeling of being in a dream went away.
I know this was astrial projection or close. Was I being attacked? Was I wrong for trying to fight them? Will I have to fight them when I can finally project and will I be like knuckle fight or some kinda spiritual power fight, cursing each other. I was not afraid just in what I can describe as pain.

I know it's alot but i'd appreciate an experienced projector's advice on how to handle this situation because it happens alot where I feel these weird sensations trying to astrial project (I wan to create an astrial temple and work on my senses)

During sleep and in trance, there are phases where the astral body lifts from the physical body usually just hovering above the head. Most often these experiences are half in the imagination realm, like a lucid dream. Read about astral projection in the joyofsatan meditations section. There’s an article she posted by a cia member who studies these things. As you progress it’ll become more differentiable and real astral projection will be easier to determine. I use to astral project on accident during trance practice and sometimes intentionally when I was younger. A full projection can feel no different than actually being awake. I was laying down and thought I wasn’t able to get into a trance once, so I got up to use the bathroom. I walked over to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and saw nothing, then I saw my body laying on my bed. That to me felt the most realistic. I personally wouldn’t speak to any non satanic entities either, especially not in the beginning.
