Firstly, it has happened very often that I just felt my 6th chakra closed for some reason, so I had to spend more time on working on it than other chakras.
In the recent time it has become very big struggle to spin it. I've got no problems with other chakras, just this one. It feels just as if top of it spins in amother direction than the bottom, and it is literally impossible for me just to concentrate on it all spinning in one direction.
Either the bottom won't allow it and will try to push the chakra in one way, or the top in another.

Try to be more relaxed about it, I would suggest. Sometimes the harder you try to force it, the less it works. First of all remove all kinds of stress and frustrations, be calm and if it doesn't work like you expected stay relaxed and try again. Keep practicing until you fix it.

Do you have any sort of headache or something which is influencing your perception and focus on this part of your body? Do you have any reason to think of why your 6th chakra might be weakened or dirty in some way? Without spinning it, how does the chakra feel, in regards to its health?

Either way, try something other than spinning it, such as chanting mantras on it, or the lunar breath pranayama. This will get around the obstacles to your visualization.

I have no headaches, and I don't think anything that could negatively influence the focus on my head.
It may be because in the last 1-2 months I've been pretty neglecting meditation and yoga, I have been doing only void meditation because I was under much stress and I had mentally no energy to do it.
Without spinning it I would say it feels normal, like other chakras.

I'll try your suggestions!

Perhaps your abilities and power dropped from this, and that is why this had occurred. Overall, I would not be totally alarmed. Even if it feels harder to spin, that doesn't mean nothing has occurred. Sometimes it is better to just focus on the chakra's activity increasing, rather than visually trying to make it perfectly spin faster.

In regards to your stressful situation, I hope you are able to avoid this in the future. There are magical solutions, of course, but you need to also have the power to implement these.

Although spinning helps with visualizations, it can also be more taxing on the mind for this same reason. In emergency situations, sometimes chanting is easier, as you can get away with a lesser degree of focus. Keeping our energies high is important when we are under stress, so it could be worth sacrificing void in order to do some very simple empowerment, aura clean, and hopefully basic protection. This is much better than going without any positive influences on your soul.

Similarly, pranayama is easier to do than a full yoga routine and better than nothing. Alternate nose breathing goes a long way at maintaining our stability through its harmonization of the soul, so this would be a good choice. If you can focus well enough, you can also combine chanting into the chakras with your yoga routine, also saving time.

I'm not judging you, but these are the times when you need them the most. You will always have these kind of issues during your path, you have to mediate regardless, no matter how hard it is. Meditation will help you dealing with all these problems. Again, I'm not judging you, just giving you some advice.
