So I have been experiencing that the energy just stops at my throat chakra and i have to push it hard to actually get through my throat.
It happens when I do all chakra meditation, even if I start from the top, It happens every time.

As I know that if the energy stops at my throat than my 6th chakra must not be good and the 6th chakra needs to be the problem, but the problem is that my 6th chakra is the strongest compered to the others. Indeed my throat chakra is also feels good but if the problem is either the 6th or the throat chakra then it is the throat chakra for sure.

Also, do you guys sure, that the chakras spinning opposite to each other?
I learn that if the energy goes down the magnetic field around it will spin from the left to right, So shouldn't be the upper chakras spin from the left to right and the facing up chakras from the right to left?

Another thing that I want to ask is that how can I balance out the chakras? Do I just meditate on the ones that are not strong, and I don't meditate on the ones that are strong? If I do this the energy stuck in my throat so I have to meditate on the upper ones too, so the energy will flow out my head or to the crown chakra.

Your throat chakra is blocked and is making it difficult for energy to pass through, pay a little more attention to this chakra, clean it constantly, and work on it.

Align your chakras.
focus on the shoulder chakras pointing outward.

1. Begin with the base chakra and turn the cone so the point is upwards,
like a pyramid.
2. Do the same with the sacral chakra [2nd].
3. Now focus on your solar '666' chakra and turn it so it is pointing downwards.
The 666 chakra is the cup that catches and stores the elixir of life.
4. Do the same with your sixth and throat chakras- turn them so they are both pointing downwards.
5. Now, focus on your heart chakra and visualize two points coming together and intersecting as shown immediately below here.

6. Focus your attention on your crown chakra and turn the point down.
7. Finish by again focusing on your shoulder chakras and visualize them pointing inward.

Kechari mudra is a progression that starts as a gentle repositioning of the tongue.

Pull your tongue to the back of your mouth without letting it touch the roof of your mouth.
Only do it enough to not allow any discomfort.
"Taste the divine."

Like this, you can tuck your chin to your chest, or look up to the sky and hold these as neck stretches with the tongue positioning allowing more neck mobility.

One way lets out dross from the back, and the other from the front throat chakra extensions, respectively.
Just doing Kechari mudra like that in void meditation helps.
But also applying it to numerous Asanas and Pranyamas does wonders.

I've had this before and it comes and goes. I believe It's caused by inhaling with throat muscles in tandem with diaphragmatic breathing instead of isolating just the diaphragm.
