let's say that someone is born blond with light brown eyes, and it stays like this as a child, after which during life the color of the eyes becomes increasingly darker and the hair brown
could this be due to a very heavy general contamination of health?
if this person then applies himself to reverse this process, could he regain blonde hair?

As we age, hair darkens, mainly due to regular exposure to the sun. This is a normal thing and I know of cases of other people who also had this. Personally, I had golden blonde hair as a child, which darkened with age.

This happens with almost all white people. When we are very young and when we are very old are the times in our life when we require the most vitamin D, so this is when our hair is light colored which allows more sunlight to reach the skin and have more vitamin D.

I have been through something similar, I am originally blonde with blue eyes, my eyes kept their colour but my hair got dark until I was 15 Years Old. When I was 15 Years old I also dedicated to Lord Satan, since then my hair colour got brighter and brighter, beard even got partially blonde and it used to be black. Now I am 20 and I notice this change happening day by day. Might be related to meditations and waking up the genes that "fell asleep".
