Greetings, brothers and sister.
As you can see by my title, I seem to have problems with low blood pressure and blackouts. Just today, while writing on my PC, I experienced a blackout on my chair and woke up to find myself still on the chair, albeit the chair broke. My mother, who was in the room while it happened, said that I just lost conscious and almost fell from my chair, but she caught me before I could drop.
This is not the first time it happened. There were two more cases this year: one when I was getting a haircut and the other at late evening while I was studying. I will say that as a person whose sphere of work is centered around writing and translating, I spent most of my time home. I did get my medical results in high school long time ago, and my doctor back then said that my results were great despite the lower blood pressure. She advised me to do sports or some other activity out on the sun, but I cannot really handle the hot temperature that well and my pale skin is quite fragile under the heat. When I was finishing college, I devoted my time to running and walking in the evenings, and at that time, I had no problems I am experiencing now. At the same time, I lost a lot of weight, dropping from 107kg down to 83kg in about a year & a half.
I stopped doing those physical activities due to limited amount of time I have, and this has been the first year of my "inactivity". Anyway, after my final collapse, my mother's friend told her to give me salted water and to eat salty food, warm soups, etc... I also plan on stopping consumption of dairy products in large amounts, which is the type of food I consumed the most. Do you guys have any other advice that might be helpful? I would truly appreciate it and be thankful to you. With more free time coming, I am thinking of starting jogging again in the evenings again. Do you think that is advisable as well? I know that some of you will most likely think or say why I do not go to the doctor again, but the medical service in Bosnia is beyond terrible and due to my father dying due to a bad treatment at the hands of a local doctor when I was 5, I have a hard time trusting anyone here, especially considering that many of our doctors have bought diplomas, zero experience gained in colleges and are connected through political parties.
Other than that, I am extremely healthy (my immune system is great - did not take the Covid vaccine), and I never suffer any serious illnesses during yearly time frames. Usually, the only thing I might suffer is a bit higher temperature or throat soreness, which are not serious.
