Why do you feel the need to leave? How is your situation going to get better by leaving? A much more fruitful endeavor in my view would be to use this as motivation to work on yourself. Whatever you're doing, it's clearly working because it's getting the attention of the enemy. Double or triple your AOP, work on your mind, and show them that you're not a pushover. I got a lot of psychic attacks when I was starting out, looking back it's absurd to think just how many. But I kept going regardless. I don't remember the last time I got a psychic attack anymore, I think it's only on enemy holydays that I notice it.

If this is indeed a Psychic Attack, then you are being manipulated for the very purpose of getting you to leave Satanism. The Enemy will cheer even more if you take the path of self-destruction and break your life by any means necessary. This is a very favorite technique to try to break the will of Neophytes, because the Adept's Soul and Will are strong enough not to allow Enemy influence to make him doubt anything. The Will of the Adept is unshakable.

Just ask yourself, what will you achieve by this? Will your life become better? Will you become more Powerful? Many people who have left Satanism have come back. Because the Satanic Soul feels its belonging to the Kin, to the Gods, even if the Mind does not realize it. Devotion plays a very important factor.

You can meditate on Satan's Sigil, do the Satan's Absolution Ritual or the Psalm. And you need to strengthen your AOP so that no outside Forces can affect you negatively. It takes time. If the Enemy is influencing you, you can refuse Meditations under any pretext, though it is nothing but an illusion.
