every one of these I found them so I advise anyone to do so.
The only exception is the Twist which is more exactly the Seated Half Spinal Twist(Ardha Matsyendrasana)

Also, I download the KUNDALINI & HATHA YOGA ROUTINE zip file which can be found in the JOS library.¨
It has additional postures in the suggested hatha yoga routine compared to the one you link.
I will join the file below^-^ hmmm or above I believe anyway x).

If you look through the groups files, you'll find both PDFs. You'll find more Kundalini yoga routine on pinklotus dot something.

Yeah, thanks fancymancy for letting the community know, looks like yoga journal changed up there site a lot.

Anyways @joluninja , the pdfs are in many locations, on Satan's Library, even on the Yahoo Groups here, if you go to files section, you will find the pdf.

just go to Satan's library and if on windows, ctrl + F and type in yoga, then you will find the zip.

also you can go to the wayback machine.. https://web.archive.org/web/20150326062 ... Yoga2.html when going to the link to yogajournal wait a minute, you will get some time out errors but it will eventually load. If you want you can then copy the picture yourself your save the html for back up.


With all due respect and not in regards to anyone in this thread or anyone specifically but whenever I see a question or plee of help which can be easily found through a little effort it shows lack of Satanic value, not to be able to do things on your own is the opposite of Spiritual Satanism.

It took me just a minute to find these things.

I'm not bashing trying to be disrespectful in anyway to anyone, hurt any feels or anything like that, I just want to put out there that a little perseverance goes a long way.
