US missionaries killed in Haiti gang violence

Tens of thousands of people have been forced to flee from months of widespread gang violence in Haiti.

So, a young American couple went to a country that is more than 94% Christian (by comparison, the United States is 62% Christian) to preach to them about Jesus and they got slaughtered by a gang of savages.

I blame their parents and their church, they taught them to go into harm's way for their religion. What is more dumb and retarded is all these missionaries go to countries that are more Christian than their own!

Last time I checked there's no place on earth (maybe except the North Sentinel Islant) that hasn't heard of their religion and no language that their bible isn't translated into. So why are missionaries still a thing?

I used to see bibles and nuns everywhere when I was a kid. Now you only see bibles in certain book shops and churches. It's another sign that most people are not interested anymore.
We talk in the lunch room at work, and they say openly that Xianity is behind the times and simply doesn't deliver what it promises.
