Hey, brothers and sisters.

Through recent realizations. My extreme imaptience, impulsivity, anxiety, and restlessness is really hurting me, the people around me and my health.

Can someone give me simple workings, squares, element breathing, or squares suggestions for this problem.

If it helps I have a very prominent Uranus maybe even negatively aspected a bit so it is very intense.

I am currently having some serious health problems because of this type of restlessness, and anxiety.

Hi I as far as anxiety is concerned I found myself very very well with simple energetic self-impose.

However if you have a lot of experience you could use the isa rune to calm the thoughts that cause you these emotions.Me a lot of meditation on emptiness

i don't know how your protective aura is and how strong you are, but be aware of a chance of getting worse during the 40 days

The health problems can cause physical problems, and vice versa. First, do hatha yoga and and alternate nose breathing. Then you apply workings to either remove the negative karma you describe, or to build up the discipline and other aspects of earth which counter this.

If these health problems are consistent, then you need to plan a working for this. The current Sun in Sagittarius can be used here, as well as the upcoming Jupiter in Aries and Taurus. Uruz can be used when Mars goes direct, and so on.

Certain acupoints can direct your bodies energy into building up your yin element. Press the spleen 6 acupoint or large intestine 11. Both of these are very calming, although excess use can drain your yang energy. Even 10 minutes of holding these should bring a sense of immediate relief.

I would also recommend reaching out to CentralForce for additional advice here, or you can make another thread for this. Definitely stay consistent with your yoga to maintain and improve health.
 
In addition to doing workings and yoga as the Nebu and Blitzkreig posted above how is your diet and lifestyle? I'm not sure where you are from but many people here in America eat a lot of bad food that cause negative effects both physicaly and mentaly without them realizing it. It will vary on an individuals needs but trying to stick to whole foods is an excellent way to better your diet.

I think something like 50% of Americans are also deficient in magnesium. If you don't get enough magnesium daily I'd recommend either including foods in your diet, such as spinach, or take a magnesium supplement. Magnesium has been shown to help people fall asleep faster, and sleep more efficiently. Good sleep is required for your brain to function properly and regulate mood. Magnesium has also been shown in some studies to also decrease anxiety but I believe that needs further studies, I think it's more if you are deficient in magnesium it makes the body more susceptible to stress.

If you are willing and able I personally have had good results with taking ashwagandha root with my supper. It reduces cortisol which is the bodies main stress hormone and stress. If you have any thyroid problems I would stay away from this. It also can have the side effect of demotivation but I personally have not had any issues. Even though ashwagandha is labeled as a supplement, think of it more as a herbal medicine. I would only recommend using it until you feel you have better control over your anxiety yourself and then to stop taking it, or for just very bad days. If it is something you are interested in I would recommend to start out by taking around 300mg with your supper and see how it makes you feel.
