Will magic work for gaining muscle?

So i was thinking to myself like i usually do wondering how i could be of use to father satan then this popped in my head if magic works for losing weight why wouldn't it for gaining muscle?? I eat a very lean diet chicken breast turkey and sometimes steak grilled. Lots of veggies and good fats such as avocado and nuts so will it work?? If so can you please tell me how i can gain muscle? I already have muscle but i still have some fat covering it im 70% muscle and 30% fat 
 
Of course you can do a spell to increase muscle mass but how about working out physically to aid in the spell?
As for your diet. Full fatty meats from healthy pastured animals are healthy despite what the so called government tells us. Saturated fats are good for us. Full fat is important especially for growing children. If you want to gain more muscle than work out and eat a healthy amount of proteins and healthy fats from animal sources.
Red meat is healthy too despite what is said about it. Good for forming the blood as well. 
Saturated fats are what our cells are made of and so it makes logical sense to consume them.
If you want to do a spell for gaining muscle mass then the joyofsatan satanic magick section gives many ideas to hep you carry on with that goal but you do need good amount of natural saturated fats for your cells. Saturated fats do not make you gain weight because they are absorbed into the body and cells to maintain its integrity.

The best and fastest way to gain muscle is a good workout program. I highly recommend (if you can't go to a gym for whatever reason) you check out this website: Visual Workouts also empowering your solar 666 chakra would also help.

applying yourself and working out is magic too.everything you put intent to work with the subconscious mind as magic.
Using runes and saquares or afirmation defenetly helps. The thing is you have a goal and you will do everything you can to accomplish it, this is magic.

I get skinny or "Muscle-ish" by doing this:
1 - Push Ups 15x for a beginner, 25 for intermeditate, 50 for advanced, 80-100. (HardCore)2 - Set ups. (The Times of doing this are same as above)3 - Back Set ups. (Just do it like it is a set up but don't move and spread your arms to your back and your legs up) (Same as above)4 - 15 minutes of running.5 - Watch your Diet.

Which one do i use the earthly non spiritual square ot the strengthening the chakras one? I've never used a square before. And do i chant the rune when I'm doing the days? So like the first day would be 15 so will i chant the rune 15 times and so on?
 
I do work out however i do powerlifting its not as high intensity as body building i want to be a body builder but im stuck in powerlifting sometimes i do body building workouts but most of the time i do power lifter or strong man workouts it all depends thank you I'll try using a magic square although i dont know how to use one
 
<b [/IMG]Powerlifting is a thousand times healthier for you then bodybuilding[/B]. Most ''bodybuilders'' out there may look healthy but in reality they are ridden with muscular imbalances, respiratory problems, stomach issues... ect ect ect. Stick with powerlifting.

Body building focuses on how you look more than anything, it is a self-centered routine. It is okay to try and make yourself look good, but this shouldn't be the main priority. REAL exercise routines are about strengthening yourself, no matter what size or build.
 
stick with powerlifting. someone else said it already but yes, powerlifting is far healthier and leads to far better performance

1) you are going to have to eat for more then just  lean diet chicken breast turkey and sometimes steak grilled. Lots of veggies and good fats such as avocado and nuts,to build muscle,you are going to have to eat all types of meat,eggs,drink milk ( none of that soy crap it lowers test levels in a male),whole bread,etc.And you'll need to eat 4-6 times a day being smaller evenly proportioned meals
2) Now as to putting one muscle you'll need a good system,I reccomend one that is meant to build strength and muscle.
I suggest ordering the following : The Mark Berry Barbell Courses,and then Physical Training Simplified by Mark H.Berry http://superstrengthtraining.com/mark-b ... ll-courses

A lot of people will say stick with Power lifting and powerlifting is ok for brute strength,but I suggest  The Mark Berry Barbell Courses because the first 2 courses in the book or exercises that develop muscle and strength in the various muscle groups,the 3rd course is weightlifting similar to the Olympic style but with lots of one and two hand types of lifts and does more then build brute strength they build speed,and agility something powerlifting does not do.
 
I powerlift by doing 3 sets of flies with 80 pound dumbells, 5 sets of hammer presses, 3 sets of hammer curls, 3 sets of curls,10 sets of core twists with 40 pound dumbbells, then a few sets of wrist curls with 40's as needed.Then the next day I do 5 sets of power squats, 5-8 sets of situps with 40's in each hand, cross flies with 40's, 5 sets of high speed squats with 40's, and then wrist curls again with 40's.I do my morning meditations in the shower then wait till around noon for my powerlifting routine and every 3-8 weeks I increase the amount of weight I use and meditate after lifting.
I'd add muscle much faster if I werent so poor and only eating 2 high protein meals a day with nothing but cheap snacks in between.
Rationing everything is slowing down my progress considerably but I'm still stronger than most people will ever be and I also train myself in various forms of bare-knuckle martial arts and kendo/fencing.I've noticed my speed and precision in fencing have gone up considerably since I began power meditations.
Just keep at it daily and you'll get results.

Might i also recommend MMA and martial arts in general. Its a great way to get to actually know how to use your body.

yes exactly. don't worry about looks as much as strength and performance. personally I reccomend the use of adjustable dumbbells since they're easier to control and store and you don't need a bench.I do standing chest flies 3-5 sets, hammer presses 5 sets, hammer curls 3 sets, curls 3 sets, core twists10 sets and then a few sets of wrist curls for my upper body.
power squats 5 sets, standing cross flies 5 sets, situps with weights 6-8 sets, and wrist curls on my lower body days.
Count sets not reps. do as many reps per set as you can without injury. use as much weight as you can safely handle. My shoulder blades stick out like wings and make bench presses impossible so I always train my chest with standing flies which feels more natural anyway.
It doesnt matter what you look like as much as how well you perform. The muscle to fat ratio is also important but as long as your muscles are strong, typically having some excess fat won't do any real harm.

Ok lets get precise, lets say squatting 315 lbs for 20 reps, will the ritual help boost 100 lbs more on the exercise and increase quad sweeps/mass, definition, overall striations, etc.?

This is considering diet and all else is at 100%.

Same thinking applies to other exercises!
