Why Do I See Red And Blue Colors On Everything?

ever since i was 7 years old
i have seen the color of red and blue on the edges of absolutely everything, the outlines of everything are all coated in the color blue and red, but there always on opposite sides from each other, never together, yet always close by

i thought at first something was wrong with me eyes,
but i have been going to the eye doctor every year for the past 9 years and they always say my eyes are perfectly healthy,
there is absolutely nothing wrong with them, and i have no signs of cancer or disease.

and now about 8 months ago,
when ever i concentrate on the blue and red colors,
reality fades out into nothing but colors and all these colors are vibrating at intense speeds, i tried describing this to my doctor and he said "to induce such an effect would take some type of powerful street drug", only i can induce this at will, anytime,anyplace.

obviously this is agood thing and indicates a active third eye.. i hope you dont think anything is wrong with you.
