Why do Demons cause problems to outsiders?

Why would a Demon do that to outsiders? Is it just any outsider they want to mess with, or more like degenerates?

Do remember that the Demons are too busy to mess with any outsiders.

Unless this outsider has say, committed spiritual crimes towards them and a fellow Spiritual Satanists, it is unnecessary to waste their own time by harassing random outsiders, even if they are xtians, muslims, what have you.

Imagine a disrespectful little worm tries to harass you all the time, using blasphemous jewish enemy methods to summon a literal God/Goddess and trying to „force“ him/her to make them a famous rapper or millionaire.
