Man lastnight it was wierd, something MAJOR happened with my
kundalini, it really changed my brain. I was just doing the fire
serpent meditations and out of nowhere all this EXTREME heat was going
around my head, it was fucking amazing! Than right after i was like
completely awake, and i am aswell thismorning (and i'm NO morning
person) I don't know exactly what happened but it's really fixing my
brain lol!

When you get your kundalini going, there can be so much energy, you
can have trouble going to sleep. I have been there. Then, the energy
stimulates your brain making it even more difficult to go to sleep.
This can go on for days and days. This has been my experience. This
is a good sign though, that you are activating your kundalini.
