Where to start from

Hey guys its noobest newbie again lol. I have been doing 3rd eye meditation since 3-4months maybe but i don't think i have still opened it. Am I supposed open my base chakra first and then do others or is it okay to start from 3rd eye?
I went through hooded cobras 40day program but that was too advanced for me. Mostly i couldn't do anything mentioned aura cleaning and stuff. Can anyone tell me where should i start from like the extreme beginning for beginners ?

Aura cleansing and Aura of protection are ESSENTIAL you need to do them everyday. I recommend you do the 40 day program again and keep at it. It is very hard for some people in the beginning but eventually you will get the hang of it.

Have you been doing the hand shape and vibrating the word correctly?
