What does net neutrality "Really" mean?

I'm thinking there's been a HUGE uproar recently, but, in terms of our "freedoms" and whatnot..what does it mean? Does it just mean they're going to charge even more, whatever they want, no matter how fast the internet is?The entire thing feels..manipulated..so I'm curious what it REALLY means.(not really Satanic, although the internet is a HUGE threat to the enemy)

Internet neutrality basically means that all internet traffic is treated equally. The opposition to internet neutrality is most likely a jew attempt to regulate the internet. Happily, they failed. The internet neutrality bill has passed, which is a victory for freedom.
