what consetellation is the moon in

I was looking through the witchcraft section and came upon working magic at certain times in relations to where the moon is.  I thought such information is necessary and ChronosXP does not provide it.  The only other way to probably find it is to do an astronomy reading with your birthday being the day you were planning to do the Magic.

So instead i found this site that gives you up to date information on the stellar bodies.  It will tell you what constellation the moon and other planets are in.  The next Moon void of course (when moon is not in a sign but going to its next one) is November 14 at 12:21am and ends at 12:21pm.  So don't do anything of Magic during those times.
The moon is in Aquarius right now and will be in Pisces on Sunday 12:21pm +2days which i think would be the best time to do a finishing blow type ritual.

I downloaded it and got it set up but have a question today it says the moon is in the sign of Pisces but the constellation of Aquarius.  What's the difference?  I thought the signs were based of the constellation.

The difference is the moon sign is in the astrological sense, using the tropical system and assuming all signs are 30 degrees each. The constellation is in the sidereal system and also includes Ophiuchus (I don't know if Lunabar does include, but I think it should if it wants to be accurate). For programming rituals/workings use the info about the sign, not constellation.

But wait, where did you get that the moon is in the sign of Pisces now? Mine says it is in the sign of Aquarius and constellation of Capricorn. Or do you mean TOMORROW will be in Pisces?

Yeah it says that now to about sign (Aquarius) and Constellation (Capricorn).  Either it just changed or that was before i set the coordinates for my location in Colorado.  Thanks for the help.
