During my Hatha yoga exercises today, when I was doing the plow pose, it was at first difficult to get into the position (which it usually isn't), but I pushed myself a bit and I felt something weird. It felt like there was fire running up my legs, down my back, and expanding in my stomach. It wasn't painful; it was actually very pleasurable. But that's never happened to me before, and afterward I felt quite shaky and I trembled a lot during my yoga session. Is this good or bad, and in either case, what should I do?
