VOID OF COURSE MOON

If somebody can help me - thanks in advance

I am not very strong about astrology and I need to understand how is it possible that a VOC lasts nearly two days
example of that of 31 st march beginning at 9:44 am ending the 2st of april at 7:16 am
which means that I can't perform rituals nor important meditations (EST)

tomorrow the 15 march again a long VOC
begins at 6:05 am ends at 3:33 pm (EAST STANDARD TIME)

I thought that all VOC last a maximum of two hours to enter a new sign
how is it possible that the moon that stays only 2 days in a sign can be nearly all the time it stays in the sign VOID ?
