Very strange noises

Concerning Astral projection, i did very little progress since this summer when i contacted Bathin for help. But I think that even little progress is much when it's done toward a concrete ability like OBE. I never gave up. Now i can say I achieved the concentration needed to go out from my body, but when i feel my body vibrate and i see a strong light, and i feel my body become heavier and my soul lighter (almost levitating out) i begin to hear very strange noises. I don't know how to describe them, it's like someone it's using something mechanical, loud metallic sound, like clanging, and then i hear strong "beeps". These noises are almost the same everytime i'm close to project. Then i get too scared to get out and i simply wake up to fall asleep normally. I don't know what it is and how to overcome it. I worked on this for the past few months alone, but i'm stuck and i wouldn't write there if i wasn't really stuck

This happened to me too. Some of them were almost scary, but I just ignored them and stayed calm. I just focused on the technique and shortly after I was out. One thing about Astral Projection is that it can be very intense and if you have even some subconscious fears you will freeze in the crucial moment and your body will keep you from going out.

Have the absoulte certainty that Astral Projection is not dangerous and when you hear these noises stay calm and continue with the technique like nothing is happening. Actually these noises in my opinion are a sign that you are really close to projecting.

Concerning Astral projection,...i begin to hear very strange noises. I don't know how to describe them, it's like someone it's using something mechanical, loud metallic sound, like clanging, and then i hear strong "beeps".

I hesitated to answer but I experiment some phenomena if I'm very tired when going to sleep. 3 things :

Since child :

• The impression of brutal fall

• Someone call me by my first name or I ear unknow voices

Recently, one evening :

• Strange industrial metallic sounds you describe

Obviously, I'm near the correct state to astral projection but not ready to do.
As I ear the voice or the strange sound, my left brain trap the information and prevent me to detach from my body.

The impression of brutal fall is surely due to the sudden return in my body when I began to sleep, it can happen 2 times in a row.

I supposed the metallic sound were provoked by the slight slide between my etherico-astral part and my body, distorting brain signals interpretation in a kind of Doppler or phaser effect (zzzeeeeEEEUUUM). I experienced that 4 or 5 times in a row and each time, my brain contracts by itself.

Being nervous, rational and dominated by Air and Fire, I supposed that I must insist with the trans exercise and void meditation to be able to release my etherico-astral part.
