yes you cannot do love spells during venus retrograde or anyother workings associated with venus doesn't work. the venus square which deals with money wouldn't work out if its retrograde. I don't think that doing money workings will be effected if venus is retrograde only if you are doing the venus square and using it for money will it be ineffective.

No. Using VENUSIAN energy for money and workings for love etc would be ineffective. We have been doing black magick and destruction rituals ever since mars went direct. We would have known already if saturn retrograde was a bad time to do black magick. Only mars. Maybe doing the saturn square wih saturn retrograde isn't the best but with overall black magick it is fine. If that was the case we would have known so a long time ago.And not exactly. It would have been told to us and venus doesn't rule money like the sun does.It doesn't rule money so much to where it would effect money spells. Its main rulings are love social affection and beauty, art and having material possessions etc lesser for money. Venusian workings won't be effective during retrograde but I know what you mean. Only using VENUSIAN energy to aquire money will be effective.

Go on a search engine and type in Venus retrograde and see when its listed as. What I saw was may 15th through June 27th in other words we started the Venus squares during Venus retrograde if what I saw was true.

No we started venus square 4 days before the retrograde. Wouldn't make sense to start it during retrograde.

Maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way, but what I'm saying is right now is Venus retrograde, and right now we are doing Venus squares. Wouldn't that give us the opposite of for example money?

Sorry, i meant to say mars not saturn. And this wasn't about the squares, it's was to do with starting a different working. Anyway, i think i've got it now. Thanks!

I'm honestly not being awkward or just trying to contradict people. A few days ago (without realizing the significance of Venus being retrograde) I performed a Venus working, actually using the planets energy and I achieved what I was aiming for, within 24 hours! The results of my workings are always quick, usually within two weeks, but this was actually the fastest ever. It was for love and attraction, I actually found myself a new partner and had an ex asked to see me again in the same day. Of course this could just be lucky coincidence.

I have decided not to continue the working though, now that I know about retrograde Venus and I'll continue when it is no longer retrograde.
Just thought this was worth sharing.

I'm sure it wads a coincidence or the result of another working you did because first of all doing a spell associated with venus doesn't work otu when it is retrograde and secondly in order for the venus square to work at ALL is to finish and complete it fully..

When the planets are retrogade or the moon is void, there are actually voids in the grid of the universe that make certain things of certain vibrations and certain intentions almost impossible to manifest, because the universe doesnt' give out the pathways and the ehergies are not boosted in accordacne to the eternal laws of the universe.
