Using Mannaz?

I didn't get some things from the site so I decided to ask:
1. Mannaz's number is 20 so I should vibrate it 20 times, correct ?
2. Should I visualize it?
3. Anything else I should do for it to be effective (breathing energy into something, etc.) ?
4. How long should I vibrate it for its effect to be permanent ?
5. And the vibrating should be mmmm-aaaaah-nnnnn-aaaaaah-zzzz, right ?
