Urgent health problem, help !

My friend has anemia ( low blood level ), is there any way to cure it faster, both on a spiritual way by affirming your body to produce more blood or something like that and by means of medics and treatments? Anyone with experience about illness and anemia is really welcome to help me. Thank you !

Age of 19, female, and for the situation, I do not know details, i only know that she has anemia, and that she feels weak,dizzy, slow, etc. lately. I have asked her to send me her doctor's report ( or however it is called, english is not my native language ), when i get full details i will tell you )

Since your friend is female and 19, she is probably losing iron from her menstration -periods.

She needs to take 400 mcg (micrograms) of Folic Acid 3X per Day.

Vitamin B12 1000mcg (micrograms) sublingual tablets (disosolved under the tongue) - 3X per Day 3 X 1000mcg.

An Iron supplement that contains Ferritin, such as Calf Liver extracts - taken on an empty stomach. Follow the directions on the product. Eat Calf Liver and Beef as they contain Hemi-Iron.

Chia Seed - It contains more iron than spinach. 3 X per Day. 12g (grams in at least 4 to 8 0z of water.

Don't consume caffeine. No tea, coffee - tea has Tannins that block the absorbption of iron. Also, egg yolk and wheat bran can do the same - don't consume. No Soda Pops or Anti Acids.

There are some slow release iron supplements on the market (US), she could try these, also.

Becareful of asprin and blood thinners - they increase bleeding and iron deficiency, causing Anaemia.

These are only suggestions not perscriptions.
