I can only speak from experience since I don't know exactly what Uranus in the
7th normally brings, but I had my first serious relationship as soon as Uranus
contacted my descendant. Uranus was in its ruling sign Aquarius back then and it
would be very different if you have Pisces on your 7th house cusp as I'm
assuming you ask because this is your placement? Relationships could start
suddenly and end just as soon. The person you attract might be quirky, or
eccentric in some way. My girlfriend was very spontaneous. The 7th house rules
open enemies and Pisces rules deception so I would be careful there if I was
you.
Neptune/ Uranus are in mutual reception right now, meaning they are in each
others ruling sign. I've read that this aspect is similar to a conjunction.
Uranus right now is at 29 degrees and this is a very tense aspect whenever it is
in any sign, especially Pisces as this is the last sign of the zodiac. It means
a permanent end. When Jupiter was at this degree in my chart I felt like as was
dying, but this is also because it is in my 8th house of death and
transformation. Neptune just entered the 29th degree and will be in its ruling
sign Pisces very soon. Hopefully this will give my meds a nice kick! Meditation
that is, not medication.

Niether 2150 or 2050 is correct when it comes to radical change. I was told
things would get better by 2015. When it comes to Uranus in an idividuals chart
a good axiom is "if you think you think you know what is going to happen then
that is not it!". Uranian changes are just that random.
I've noticed that whenever I do lowerback workouts I get explosive energy. I
really do mean huge bursts of golden energy that make me look like a madman at
the gym. Everything turns gold and I start to wobble a bit, and have to hold on
to something so I don't fall. I think this is because I have Uranus trine Mars.
I don't know if this is true, but I believe if Uranus is positively aspecting
any of the 7 main planets then the chakra ruling the planet that is being
aspected could have alot of potential, and would be able to give out energy in
burst if stimulated correctly.
