Unwanted Astral Hearing

Sorry, how exactly do you block astral hearing? I'm not going crazy, but neither is it too funny that while I'm reading a forum topic my brain starts doing astral hearing exercises independently where it tries to imagine a sound for as long as possible and mentally reproduce it lol. Also because they are not really the kind of sounds you would put on while reading a sensitive topic. It's more the kind of music you put on if you want to be at a party without anyone being able to understand anything your wonderful personality is saying. Lol

Are your lower chakras strong enough? Are they balanced compared to higher chakras?
How much you can control your mind?
Two things you can try is for one, close your astral hearing chakras, perhaps affirm something like "I hear only the Gods and whatever I choose/want to hear".
Second focus on the material realm / align your consciousness with the material / descend back to the physical / stop focusing on your soul and ethereal realm.

Third option do a few day aop or self hypnosis where you affirm into your aura that it block every unwanted sound from the astral or something like I said above.

I will try. When I was focusing only on the thing I was doing like turning off the rest of the thoughts, that's when I started to feel all that stuff. I don't want to close my chakras to not feel it. There is one chakra that I will want to close in a while, but not now, after all the effort I put into opening them I get annoyed at the idea of closing them....

I really appreciate that you consider me advanced enough to be able to answer the first two questions well, but I'm not, my Brother. However regarding the third question, yes, my mind is capable of focusing well. I like the second option by the way, thank you!
