Unexplained "memories"

OK, fellow SS, I think this is first time I am asking for help here... Although I don't like to cry for help, and try to solve every problem myself, I only reach for help when I really need to... Also, I don't want to bother Gods for this due to it maybe being nothing serious, and my present telepathic skill, which is just being able to communicate few short sentences before everything get lost due to my own thoughts and other kind of interference... And due to huge respect that I have for Them, I know they're not open for any kind of chit chat.
So here it goes, for the past couple of weeks, I've been getting these energizing bursts of heat, almost whenever I meditate, or do any energy work. It is like a fire that starts in my back area, and starts spreading elsewhere, and mostly radiates upwards.
This I can explain as maybe the way I feel energy, we are all individuals, and react to bioelectricity in different ways. But something else is happening. I am getting some kind of memories. Totally unprovoked, just come blasting at me. Some of them I recognize, and those that I recognize are those from early childhood usually, just stuff from my everyday life as a kid. Nothing traumatic, just ordinary stuff. But also, I am getting some kind of memories of sceneries, places, people and events that I have no idea who they are or when that happened, or did it ever happen. And these just come... Without my wish to remember. They come randomly. And especially when I am meditating and working with energy, and when I feel that heat I spoke about. 
I am at total loss to explain what is happening to me. If everyone can help me, I would be very grateful.

Larissaelectra, Strange this is happening to you. Now the heat might be your Kundalini. However, I too have been
experiencing memories from early childhood on for about a month or so now. I haven't had any that I don't remember,
but I am having them quite frequently, and just recently, some that I haven't thought of in a very long time.


Some I barely remembered.


I was kind of thinking along the lines of what people say about their lives flashing before them just when they think they are
about to die. Now, don't panic, I am not saying that is it. But that is what I wondered about. Maybe it is something
more like we are changing from our old lives to our new! I tend to think it is more of a spiritual transformation than
anything. We are changing within.


Someone else, perhaps an HP, can give us more light on it, but I hope this helps you somewhat. I am still
wondering about what is happening to me. But what I said, so far, is the best explanation that I can come up
with.

These are most likely memories from a past life, or memories from other people. If you are psychic enough you can pick up on other people's thoughts, and memories among other things. Although, I am quite certain you are regaining memories from past lives.

I have had memories come to me about past lives right after doing a meditation session from oddly enough had a SURYAYE meditation in the session.

Suffice to say I have some very unpleasent memories which need to be addressed somehow, but I do not know how to other than I have them and am no longer affected by them like I used to be. One memory I had after a meditation session with a SURYAYE in it made me cry it was so horrible.

Perhaps it's about time I ask my Guardians what to do with it. I also personally suggest you talk to Father Satan about it. He's your Father and is there for you always.

Maybe these are visions that they are showing to you, or pehaps during your energy meditation you open a link between yourself and other peoples memories randomly. In any case the next time it hapen try to concentrate this heat energy through your third eye slowly, in and outwards as you breath, this will help to know whose memories are coming from and see its origin.
 
It's simple, as you work up and energize your true self to see who you are really - then you change - not before!

This is most likely the feeling of your kundalini serpent rising. This obviously can produce heat, and due to connection with your higher self you might have seen past life memories. I have had those, aswell, though I am a kinda strange case in that regard, but thats not important here. You should be fine. If any bad memories etc. come up, or inner problems of you are brought to light, deal with them. It happens very often that a rising kundalini brings blockages to light so that the individual can get rid of them, so I wanted to "warn" you about this in advance. I'm assuming that you are already doing kundalini yoga, but if you arent I highly recommend it. Lastly, if you feel like the energy is stuck at a certain spot (likely chakra), you should work on opening this in order to let the energy reach it's destination. You should get even more amazing positive side effects from this (besides better memory - I'm referring to you remembering childhood stuff).

One big thank you for everyone who responded. I can't really be sure that this is Kundalini serpent doing its things, but it is possible. I've always thought that kundalini awakening needs a special meditation for that. Looks like I was deluded into thinking that, it comes with progress of the soul. Now that you mentioned, I googled "kundalini symptoms", and found out that "memory flashbacks" are a sign of kundalini. Also, they say that first what is experienced is "kundalini stir up", rather than raising, and that this is positive sign to continue. But also, this is a knowledge of those who are without, so it should be taken with a pinch of salt.
So thank you once again. I'll see what happens next! Thank you once again.
