Translation of PDFs and Satanic Rosary

So I have just been in Satan's library and saw there is Serbian translation of PDFs which is done with Google Translate or whatever. So I was thinking to translate it if needed.And I saw that for some meditations like Cleaning Aura and other ones is mentioned Satanic Rosary. Is it needed or recommended? Can I do those meditations without it or I must have it? And if I must have it, can I make it or is there somewhere to buy it?

Satanic rosary is just a tool to count when doing large number of repetitions. You can create one on your own
