I've been putting away an hour per day to do void meditation and go into a trance. I keep having trouble getting past a certain point, though--I can get my mind to kind of slow down but not to the point where I feel like I'm in a deep trance/it doesn't feel like it should. I've been in a trance a few times, but it took several hours and things have gotten very busy and I rarely have that much time unless it's really late at night in which case it's difficult not to fall asleep. Will I slowly improve over time, or am I doing things wrong? I also feel out of breath after about 30 minutes, should I not keep going when I start feeling out of breath? I just feel frustrated...
