to the JoS clergy (Help!!!)

i got up last night and i could hear what sounded like my almost two year old daughter crying and when i went to investigate this i heard nothing, so i got a drink. then i felt a woosh of air and really negative energy went through me. then i felt a sudden anger for no apparent reason. so went out to smoke a cigarette and it kept getting worse and worse, i became scared at what was happening to me and i prayed to Father Satan for protection and to get rid of whatever it was that was causing this to happen to me. finally i felt serene again and it was like a weight lifted of my shoulders.

how can i keep this stuff from happening again? what was that woosh of air and energy?
