Tips for chakra spin?

Could anyone provide any useful tips on chakras spining? Or any more info on it ?

There are different methods for chakra spinning and each person has a different way that is best for them. You want to get them spinning as fast as you can, some might imagine a hand or object to start off the spinning for each chakra, some might use a specific sound to help them, like a spinning top. The point is to get them spinning fast and independently, you can use any method that suits you.

- The first sanskrit sentence is excellent for chakra spinning and release energy from the chakras.
(My experience with this is it also stimulates the Kundalini very well).

Other than that, if you are good at visualizing, visualize and *see* your chakra (it will appear to you if you're psychically opened up. Place the Swastika symbol in your chakra, the four flat corners of the swastika should be touching the four flat corners of the chakra. (The chakra being a pyramid).

If you succeed, the chakra with the swastika will appear to you, and you'll feel its power, the swastika should be a bright white-gold light.

Spin this while you visualize the swastika simultainously spin along and within the chakra (I did this however it may be difficult for some, just relax, ease and still the mind, and "see").

You will definetely feel a huge difference in your life force and energies if you succeed.

I also have a question I'd like to pose on this topic: is there a specific direction that they should be spinning? For instance looking down on the bottom 3, or up at the top 3, should they be going clockwise or counter clockwise? Should both groups be spinning in the same direction or opposite? I know this line of questioning was addressed some years ago, however I forget the specifics, think there are others who may benefit from this info as well as me and dont want to give the wrong details.

About the direction, it had been mentioned somewhere before as well; it doesn't matter. You can spin them in whichever directions feels comfortable to you. You can spin your base towards the left, your sacral and solar towards the right and so on; there's no order or "rules" in the direction.
