Thyroid and Throat Chakra

Hiii, I was working on my chakras again using vibrations in each chakras.

I got to the problematic chakra for me...the throat chakra.

When I vibrated enough times, some gland slightly leftwards from the centre of the throat started swelling and the pain got unbearable (8 pain level from a scale 1 to 10)
I told this before...but now I read that the throat chakra rules over the thyroid gland.

Do I need to do some work for my thyroid or the pain is a symptom that I'm getting a thyroid problem? Did anyone experience what I experience?
As a clarification...the pain lasted even after the meditation, it took me two hours to get better...I only get this problem during meditation not normally.

I also thought if the issue can be a lymph node instead of the thyroid but I'm not sure. Does the throat chakra rule over neck lymph nodes as well or maybe the lymphatic system is ruled by another chakra?

Thanks in advance.

I had problems with my thyroid gland years ago (swollen, aching).
The doctor put me on iodine tablets and it went away quickly. 150 micrograms is the daily adult dose. You get it in certain foods, but using iodised salt in your daily diet will give you enough.
Hope that helps 😊
