I have a friend that believes he was a white wolf in his past life, is what he is saying true or not

No, your friend is deluded. A soul blueprint is always same and absolutely unchangeable.

Human cannot reincarnate into animal. Human will always reincarnate into a human, and wolf will always reincarnate into a wolf.

I do not know how animal reincarnation work, how many times can they reincarnate, but inter-specie reincarnation is still impossible.

Now for the serious answer; Human souls can't even incarnate in a different race (I.E a white soul can't get reincarnated as a black person) let alone incarnate in whole different species.

Every race has their own energy signatures and cannot be born in a body...like a white person was once a black person in a previous life...that doesn't happen. So how does one reincarnate from animal to human? This might mean a LOT of work but that can't happen. Example, if he says he's a bat but he ain't having traits of a bat like rolling across the floor for food, he's bullshitting himself. I think those might have to do with allegories whereas. Oh well, maybe you might want to ask other advanced members on this, I'm going to study on that one but it has been explained already. The other part is that I believe those might be corrupted information because we can't just trust spiritual sites so easily in enemy territory which is our earth.
One thing, may I have your reason on why you can say it is very possible? I'd like to know your take.
