YES! I find if I try and meditate first I am distracted by thoughts of the ritual and what I have to do, while after I feel more relaxed my mind is free and I can get deeper into it.
Have you tried meditating in the sun? Late afternoon or morning so it is not too strong, and make sure you have enough fluids so you don't dehydrate or get too hot I made that mistake today I just didn't drink enough first. But oh was it powerfull and cleansing I felt so much better it just cleared all the fogginess and crap right out of my mind and my worries I saw the light all through my aura so much better it was just wonderfull I didn't want to stop, I was a passenger in the car too so I had also the experience of movement with the sun and it just seemed to enhance it all I was pretending to be asleep so I wouldn't be disturbed lol.
I lined my body up when we parked and I sat there so the sun shone right onto my chest and i visualied white light filling my lungs to clear the sickness and I think it helped. I will do it again each day. I also saw the colours of my Chakras like wave bands... umm how to describe it, when you see heat rise off the road on a hot day and it kind of looks wavey... only add colour to it, it was like that sort of, up through my body waves of colour from my base to my crown and all my other chakras lighting up too with the sun shining through me. I usually meditate at night and this was such a different experience.

I have always done the ritual after my meditations, but this time I did the ritual first, and found that my meditations were much more powerful.I could feel the presents of the Gods more, and I had a much better cleansing afterwards.Anyone else notice that?
