the order of meditation and enlightenmet

my question here is how does everything work ? i mean like this we have 3 sets of chakra systems right ? would activate them to before the serpent working ? and after i unleash the dragon so to speak i go work on the magnum opus ? what is the order and what is needed ? oh and should i what to do another program until i become adept in the one i'am doing ? i don't want to add more to this i like to stick with one thing first
