Yeah, I heard there are layoffs and restructuring everywhere. I have lots of friends that were forced to leave their jobs and now they can barely find anything.
Indeed… They use all sorts of excuses such as AI and automation to abolish positions, all just to later reinstate them and hire foreign cheap labor or poorly paid new staff. This so-called job crisis is just another manufactured crisis. I am not sure how the chain of orders is propagated, but basically it is through mindless, obedient managers who would sell their mothers for a bonus.

They blocked all incoming projects and initiatives and told everyone the clients do not want any more applications and processes. Then the positions were closed due to lack of activity. After enough people have left, the same positions started to get reinstated but for beginner levels of employees. The ones who were lucky jumped to the very few projects inside the company. There was one manager who was talking to a team mate of mine and was about to have a call with him for a potential new project. She got a call from the higher management and cancelled the call with my team mate. Then the HR came to us and proposed a quitting offer. Luckily, we moved quick for an interview on a different platform and both got the job.
What about your former manager? Didn’t he know anything about this incoming downhill prior to this happening?
Apparently, he knew as he tried to help the woman he was screwing with. The whole team went on so-called team buildings where the purpose was to just bring all the team in order for him to not appear to only go with her so his partner would remain unsuspecting. They knew as well after a while, but they were still whoring for him in hopes of work benefits. I said “pass” to all of those, my team mate as well and we were the first to be proposed for leaving, but being the first we also git the few open positions as an opportunity.
That’s messed up. So, the official narrative was that there were no more projects.
Yeah, and in the few months prior to this happening, we were still working on a few remaining projects developing software and handling all sorts of maintenance incidents while still having some funding from clients, but we were officially being tracked on a bench budget, meaning we figured as not doing anything although we still had work in progress.
I wonder what’s the catch in all of this? What is the real process behind the official tidal wave of bullshit. Corporations laying off IT workers for profit is not the best strategy. All this fired workforce will be absorbed by the smaller companies and medium revenue firms, thus increasing the competition.
Yes, at first, I thought this to be their primary strategy as well. It would only make sense that a multinational corporation would want to expand and monopolize as much as it can from the existing marketplace. However, I think they mostly feel safe as the state is a big collaborator of the corporations when it comes to neutralizing any trace of expanding competition. Most controls and audits happen on the smaller firms and almost none of them on the big multinationals. Besides, the paperwork and rent prices are excruciating. It is also a possibility that the native workforce must be gradually replaced with migrants from Africa and India. They are cheapo labor and the globalist Jews always dream of this anti-white mess.
So, is it for real then?
Yes, there is no such thing as a “conspiracy theory” here, only a conspiracy fact. You can see it with your own eyes and it is not a natural demographic change as you can see it pushed in the media, cartoons, cinema, music, commercials and everywhere else. You cannot walk to the opposite sidewalk of the street to buy a coffee without seeing a poster with a black man with a white woman. Most know about this they just want to avoid talking about the subject to maintain themselves in the norm like the obedient whores they are. Fist they say it’s a conspiracy theory, then “why would this bother us”, then they make fun of it and eventually they become fanatic and even aggressive sometimes. Truth is, the state of the vast majority of the population is a whore state. They only care about being in the norm and receiving their validation, anything that happens beyond that, any long-term repercussions and implications of them facilitating those changes is not troubling to them, only the present and very near future. Anything that extends beyond this is nullified by their lack of integrity and intelligence.
Yes, and speaking of all this corporation madness, they use the AI excuse. And from what I know, any “if – then - else” programming code is nowadays considered AI. AI basically does not even exist at the level some of us would imagine. It’s less dangerous than Covid was and that was exaggerated and taken advantage of as well. Same modus operandi. AI is mostly used in logistics and scanning like medical and industrial X-ray scans.
A few months ago, the government did take a few fiscal measures to neutralize the corporations’ abilities to not declare all of their profit and dodge taxes. As a retaliation for this change, they started putting pressure and creating panic among the employees to leave, in order for them to say they left off their own accord. And they did also invoke the AI bullshit. What is ChatGPT? Just an advanced search engine that does help in a lot of activities, but one still needs solid knowledge on his job and it cannot be used to replace workforce at all. Below the globalist-level conspiracies, much of the leadership staff is far less evil than we give them credit for. They are stupid and lazy and believe any bull crap some local manager with a tie tells them for the sake of his bonus. They talk about AI, the clients and higher management nods and claps like a bunch of retarded penguins. If now they rant about AI, whet will the next “if – then - else” mean? Quantum computing?
They don’t have enough money to pay their employees, but they do have money to send to fake charities and organize LGBT degenerate parades. What a joke of an ideology.
I am sick and tired of ideology, all those reporters and news presenters, political analysts, sociologists and experts only talk a few narratives and citizens must mandatorily dwell only on those and nothing outside the boundaries which those whores set for us. They were talking about the latest local election and how that mayor is progressive and people voted for him for that or that the other one is conservative and has who knows what sets of beliefs when in many cases the explanations were much simpler and pragmatic. Like the fact that many people drive cars, the previous mayor took tons of bribes from real-estate contractors who built hundreds of buildings and suffocated the city and all traffic with the moving population. People just wanted to sit two hours in traffic instead of three, that is the only reason.
But the public figure whores must make everything about ideology and go on with the narrative as people accepted that ideology. “See? They voted for him! It means they are all the same as I am.” The social media and online environments are extremely toxic, it’s like all individuals with brain tumors have gathered there and it is mainly due to the fact that all the plague politics are allowed and the sane, common-sense ones are banned. This way it is free for all whores to support them.
When they call us uneducated and low IQ for not following this it almost feels like I am sitting on a table, eating a slice of pizza, while next to me, there is an individual eating from a pot of melted feces, looking at my sandwich in extreme disgust and saying “I pity you for still being stuck in the fourteenth century”. That’s what you get with people that measure their IQ with glucometers. Their doctor is screaming after them to get their diabetes prescription, but they waste time on social media posting about how dumb the rest of us are for not eating shit like them.
What people want, is dismissed and labeled in all ways, then they move on with their discussion subjects as if we all agreed to a direction. “Ignore those people we are here to teach them, not serve them”. How many times have I heard politicians, “experts”, influencers and all sorts of walking cancers saying “people have not yet learned or accepted this and that.” They have no intention to listen to the desires of others who hate them and cannot stand them. It’s normal people like me and you that need to accept their ways.
Just like the discussions about accepting gypsy music as part of our culture. They wish to normalize it and make it part of our daily lives. You do remember the recent incident at the pop concert?
How can I forget. At a pop concert, the band invited a singer of manele/gypsy music to sing for a whole stadium even if the crowd only paid for the pop concert and the crowd booed the surprise “artist”. What a shock… The following hours all the media, influencers and pseudo-intellectuals started elaborating essays about hypocrisy, racism, lack of intelligence and bad behavior for the booing. They were saying “what if it was the other way around and a pop singer came out of nowhere at a gypsy music concert?” This should turn people even more against this whole culture of manele and gypsy music. This musical genre if it can be called so, it’s the music one listens to on the bus as the listeners of this genre never use headphones or at 3AM in the morning from the neighbor whether you want to or not. The whole idea and vibe of this whole music/culture is to show the others that they cannot do anything to you for being tough and obnoxious and that you have a total lack of considerations for the rest who are bound to tolerate you whenever you fee like it. Besides the vast majority of gypsies and other Balkan douchebags would never rant about education, discrimination and acceptance in a fake intellectual way if faced about their action. They would straight away jump to being verbally aggressive or even violent. So, all this whoring to defend the gypsy culture does not represent the behavior that we are forced to endure for decades.
I also remember that before the whole global acceptance bullshit, most of the smart individuals and even TV figures were treating this caner of a culture as a joke and always correlating their music with their behavior. Now we live in the world of “nothing matters and there are no correlations except for European hatred.” You do realize those are the same individuals? You do realize those are the same nerds and “intellectuals” that hated this culture because it represented stupidity, aggressiveness, lack of consideration and very bad morals and now they prostitute themselves to be on the same direction with the enemy imposed wave? And that we have been trying to debate with those spineless pieces of black plague for decades and things only got worse. They are only attracted and defined by the one who screams louder and that has the wider reach for his own message. There has never been a debate about right or wrong, normal and painful in their minds. If I were to translate their thoughts and feelings it would be like a thin and weak individual who busts a door of a room full of tattooed thugs and criminals and says “who is the toughest guy in this room so I know whose dick I must suck to be left alone?”
So, when the Jew started imposing forced immigration, race-mixing and all other destructive ideologies they just swallowed it and turned against us knowing very well what they were doing. We could be living our lives well and peaceful right now, but a bunch of whores decided this was unacceptable and that we must suffer.
Which means that endless debate and education attempts are no longer effective against those cancers, but only for the few ones that are willing to acknowledge reality. The rest, by their nature will reject the message and join the bully. This means that sooner or later the segment of our population that wishes for humanity to endure and ditch those deadly programs will have to take things in their hands probably in a non-democratic way since many cannot be convinced that two plus two equals four in the tenth basis. It is either this or the end of time for a species.
Many speak that there will be momentum and energies that will change people, but the way I see it by simply assessing the present and historic behavior of our species and races, those energies can only propel us to save our species by imposing our way. The rest will not accept it by debate and will not stop the boat from going downstream. That much has been proven time after time.
So, what then? Is it all lost?
I hardly think that is the case. We just need to keep vigilant for the right opportunities which always appear in cycles and take advantage of them. We both know what needs to be done overall. We just talked a lot about how human psychology works. The same principles combined with a sane direction should work better, but we will need the means for communication and coordination. That’s the hardest part. The rest will follow in place.
Let’s hope we will successfully navigate through this impasse. Humanity faced horrible circumstances before and the earth is still spinning with us on it.
