The Necronomicon Spellbook

Ok so I know the main book is actually extremely advanced meditations that are encoded into the story etc. And i know with the spellbook, the names and words of calling are words of power which can be chanted whilst focusing on the sigils.
Now:
1) The actual ritual given in the instructions, is this more or less effective than chanting the names and words?
2) Is there any danger in doing the described ritual? Can i choose one and do it every day until i'm satisfied with the results or can doing this ritual cause problems such as kicking up past life karma or worse?
3) Does doing the chanting cause this sort of thing?
4) Does this ritual rely on the mage's power or is it actual summoning where everything is done by the particular spirit?

I have done some of them with zero success and some with excellent success and some in between. But when i've done alot in succession i've had some bad things start going on. Although not every time and i just wanted to ask this to those who are knowledgable.

the story is so confusing for me and a bit scary lol.

The story is completely irrelevant, the necronomicon is an allegorical book for empowering your soul. It's stories and rituals are not to be taken literally. We mainly vibrate the gods' names there for empowering chakras, gaining strength and other things. Examples for such usage is in the "money spells" PDF where it has 2 names of Marduk and it's sigils, one to vibrated for attracting money and the other one to empower your solar plexus chakra. I've been doing the vibration for empowering your solar plexus chakra and it's VERY, VERY effective and powerful and the effects are felt instantly (heat in the solar chakra).
