Many people get burned out by the service industry because they deal with toxic people, ungrateful people, kikes, and all different types of personalities daily. The state of our world has conditioned many people into having an entitled attitude they either think they are a victim who deserves everything or they overlook service people as being even human beings and demand everything should be their way.

But listen to me, not everyone thinks this way, there are still good people out there. All of this disrespect is orchestrated by the enemy, even the people who act this way are still people who were hurt so bad that they continue to keep hurting others. The kikes want to pit us against each other. They want us to be their slave animals. Conditioning workers to coddle bad behavior of others, and beating them down to feel as if they deserve this kind of treatment. Looking down on your fellow man because of their job or position is an entirely jewish way of being. It's exactly how they see us, all of us. The constant serving of others and getting nothing good from them in return causes an emotional imbalance that builds up into anger and hatred of our own people. Essentially taking it out on them, turning us into the very toxic people we started to hate. It's a vicious cycle and must be broken at all costs.

It's so toxic to your soul to feel this way. I know it's hard dealing with people in the state they are right now, but instead harness the anger and direct it to the enemy where it belongs. Use it to fuel your Rtrs. People won't always be this way, we must not let their actions make us lose sight of why we are here, why we fight to save humanity from the enemy. All of this hate, anger, disrespect thrown at us by people is a product of the state of the world we live in. The very thing we are fighting back against. Don't hold the anger in, don't let it fester, it will erode your soul. Use it as your sword instead as you vanquish the enemy with spiritual warfare. Use it on those who truly deserve it. Not our fellow man.

Honestly underrated post.
Most people here will or probably have worked for a jew. Or you have worked for a business owned by a jew. Consider yourself lucky if you are a freelancer or self employed as people are struggling to find conventional employment right now despite labor shortages. Use your leave, know your rights, leave when necessary and yes, use this to help your RTRs.

What you suggest sounds logical and makes a lot of sense. Dealing with hate that may arise from being treated poorly in that manner would be both therapeutic and giving the enemy what they deserve. I've worked a lot of different jobs from manager of a production facility to cashier to delivery driver/buzz boy and everything in between before ending up with my dream job - a farmer. Many times I noticed how people looked down on me because I was the one doing what they're too good to do since they're rich but it never provoked any feelings of hate or anything except maybe a bit of pity for them. Also being on the other side I always treated my employees and the service people as normal equal human beings and noticed some looking with envy or outright hate just because they work for me. I never felt inferior, just enslaved not by the people but the system. Be nice to people even if they're assholes, it's the professional thing to do although if someone crosses the line make sure they know it just not at the price of loosing your job. If one feels good no matter what they're doing there's still more than enough fuel for RTRs elsewhere.

I've worked alongside and under kikes. One jew manager I had was an oppressive, disrespectful, power tripping cunt. I could sense as soon as they walked in that something was off about them, they gave off that sickening vibe that all kikes have, just from their presence, never even mind looking at them.

They undermined our org while claiming they were saving it. Most of the team was on the edge of leaving under their "leadership", until they suddenly had an emergency and jumped ship. A blessing for us and the people we serve.

They were replaced quickly with a manager that was much more humane and personable and actually included us in the betterment of our work. And never once bullied anybody or harassed anyone over pedantic nonsense.

Unfortunately, the higher you go in the chain of command in many orgs, the more the group begins to look like a rabbinical circle.

Yes jews unfortunately run most businesses and companies, these stupid corporate rules about coddling people, giving them what they want, not talking back, being fired if you stand up for yourself or try to attempt stopping a theft, etc are all from the enemy. It's just another way to control. When people stand up and they say enough is enough, as little by little it seems to be heading that way, These toxic methods of control will be less effective and people will be more free. Thank you for your reply!

Yes that is absolutely correct. Some people don't get too affected by the cruel words of other's and they can fuel their Rtrs by other methods. It's truly about what works for you as each of us is individual and our charts have a big say on how we feel or react to different things. I am also glad to hear you are doing your dream job. Farming is a good field to be in "literally" lol I wish you all the best thank you for your reply.
