Due to the enemy and endless wrong conceptions about life, most people have no idea about how life truly is. Difficulty, unease, or uncertainty, are seen as super negative things to be avoided, while complacency, weakness and wallowing in what one knows, as seen as "life". Life is broader than this.

Others live sheltered in life, others in extreme suffering and other people simply have no clue or live their life in circumstances where they have not yet "come to their own". Most people are told to never do mistakes, never engage, that the occult is of the "Devil" and numerous other threats, such as that one must not approach the Gods, or let's say join the Temple of Zeus. Fear reigns over the poor souls and the soul that is poor, is faced with constant suffering and ignorance, until it understands what cost it is to not do anything of growth for themselves.

In the Divine Path, one is on the path of becoming progressively a God. To become a God you also have to first know how to do human things, often underestimated by people and oftentimes everyone wants to skip the human part, which cannot be skipped. Being human requires trial and error and this error can create a lot of discomfort. Failure is also part of human experience, so victory later is comprehended and growth settles in. Finally, there can be triumph. The path to triumph on any affair is going to be confronted by opposition, be it yourself, bad habits, external life, or reformation of your awareness in order to succeed.

This process of course sounds very beautiful and it truly is, but many estimate that this process will be easygoing or that the Godhead is merely a situation of "easy-mode" to all things and affairs. This is not the case.

This path was in the Ancient World called the "Heroic Path". It was related to trials, sacrifices, empowerment, growth and supreme evolution for the person who undertook it, but also this path being a path of evolution, contained both difficulties and things to overcome. The labors of Hercules are symbolic of this and coded messages are contained in all the Labors, which are called Labors because they require Labor. Labor, also requires knowledge and intelligence to pull through, but above all, it requires courage. Another word for this is Trials. Trials are also related to fear, uncertainty and facing the possibility of defeat.

It's a regular statement that if you don't even try, you will definitely lose. When you don't even try, your chances of losing are absolute. Michael Jordan said "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take", I recall this from the years of my youth as an absolute and unalienable rule (Yes I am a Michael Jordan admirer for obvious reasons). You have already lost if you never tried for anything at all.

When one enters the path they have no idea of what to expect. They don't know if it's important to try, or hesitate even to try, or they don't see reason about WHY they should try.

Trying and doing is how you reduce this absolute 100% to less and less, until you reach 1% of failure rate, ie, you become successful.

The Gods give tremendous help and guidance, making a lot of things easier, but the evolution itself necessitates also that one will have to strive, change habits and ultimately do their best to transform through their labor. This labor becomes very joyful when one gets the hang of it, and as power increases, other people will look to you as "lesser", in the sense that you will start seeing that they are very fickle and ultimate victims of fate. When we begin the path as human beings, we are by definition entirely into the jaws of fate for better or for worse [astrological - karmic] and we have no understanding that we can so to say, have the ability to carve our own path.

Every word that is related to the Heroic Path, has to do with work, labor, creation, determination and all these things that empower and increase power.

Power increase will not happen by laziness, complacency, or things that have to do with giving minimal or zero effort and sacrifice. If power and truth is what you seek, be ready to be gradually tested to attain higher and higher levels in power. This power brings peace and wisdom, but this peace of wisdom is attainable because one overcomes previous trials and they look easy after one has passed them. One therefore, gains mastery over life, fate and other situations that make other humans sink very easily. They are not trained, but one is trained.

The role of the Gods is to help you through, instruct you, give you strength that adds up to your own, to manifest these powers and become a powerful wielder of these powers. When one asks for pleasure, freedom or liberation, one will be faced directly with what restrains these, internally or externally, and be called upon by life and the Gods to solve these, first for themselves and then for others. There is no other way.

People also that you see in life and you think they "have it easy" are only in two categories. One is those who don't truly have it easy (ie, you imagine they do, due to assumption) and two, people who dwell on the labor of others (for example, family or their parents). Of course the second category eventually runs out, and one will always be called to stand on their own feet at one day.

The title of this sermon is to remind you that you must stand strong in the path. The Gods know very well this can be stressful, and they know all too well that you might be new, blind to the spiritual reality and I want to reassure you they are very empathetic and in full understanding of your limitations. They love us all despite our shortcomings and limitations and their love is so great, that instead of looking at us and expecting us to be slaves that ask for pleas (servile worship) they instruct us to start standing on our feet and to start respecting, loving and growing ourselves.

Overall you might also face numerous situations that look "unsolvable", "impossible" or in other ways very difficult in your life. This is normal. It's part of the plan. Certain things might be "impossible" but this is not forever. We are eternal beings that evolve in the cycle of lifetimes. What is now impossible, with power and knowledge, becomes possible. How? We make it so by engaging these situations.

Impossibilities can range from cutting down your sugar or cigarette intake, to coming up financially from the shreds, or maintaining a good health in a very trying environment, all the way to doing certain things that might be considered by others to be legendary. Everything "impossible" or difficult to attain, evolves you, and in turn, evolves others around you. So when life knocks you down, you must remember that the knockdown is also part of the higher aim for you to evolve, learn to manage yourself and your reality and always get back up on your feet.

Embrace the trials if you want to embrace victory. It will come; start the trial and be not afraid of errors. Triumph belongs only to those who engage the trials.

Just last night brother Cobra I was having really negative thoughts and was again deciding to move away from the Forums. Sometime back to get my head out of my ass Lord Zeus had asked me precisely to read about Hercales and his labours and that got me back to the Forums and trying to be more active on Rituals and VultusTemplorum. All the brothers and sisters and here are beautiful and I hope all of them are blessed by the Gods. They help me be strong in the religion. The past few years if they have taught me anything is how you have mentioned is struggle is actually beautiful in the sense of internal growth and to bring about maturity in a person. Back few years I could spam rituals in bulks everyday be cursed and stand back again simply because I was shielded in other aspects of life and spiritual war for me was the only thing that mattered. Now after say becoming an adult and out of my teens having faced setbacks I realise how beautiful it is to just wake up and be strong and fight your own personal challenges. Your own personal glories which aren’t dictated solely by the external environment but also in sync with what you want to be internally. It is only when I was struggling alone did I truly begin to find myself and why a post by you many years back of maturity truly taking shape at around 40 ( along the same lines) makes sense to me now. Maybe the advanced souls through past evolutions might get this earlier than others, I cannot comment since I am not that. However many questions on the importance of struggle keeps coming in my mind - “If the Gods gave me a million dollars today, how exactly would I change tomorrow? Would the society evolve and be more Zevistic or will everything remain the same where I am eternally dependent on an external being to keep handing me money to survive and all I do in return is sing their glory. Even after a million dollars I will still need to achieve personal goals as in lose weight, be more present or whatever.” These struggles also I feel will always keep evolving and that is what makes value to life and character. When I just joined all of SS was a joke to me, the planets and align and your chakras clean and white light on your body and what not, now I am the first one to jump to see if there is a VoC moon or how which working is the most bang for buck based on planetary alignments. More evolution, more challenges and more sense of accomplishment.

Thank you for you post

Incredible article and so deeply speaks to my Heart.

While I was reading a lot of things was clarified for me and I became very happy and more confident about my thoughts, but this also expanded my mind in them.

I am very very happy that I am walking this path. And also while reading some parts that was about impossible, I along realized how many things I possible I made in my mind.

And peace came to my mind about where I am now, and that I succeded.

Recently I reached a point where I can go very long run without need for vacation in my job and advancement routine.

I see now that all along I was striving to establish strength and endurance to keep everything in check, and have super active physically life and only push forward.

So right now before reading this Sermon I was reflecting upon that I achieved my main goal of becomig disciplined full time, and actually having strength to go through without need to lessen things but to only add. And I can say. I am here now.

And that's who I am now.

Your Sermon made me comfortable in this and is as usually in divine timing. So Dear HP Hooded Cobra 666. You kind of reintroduced me into where I am now, and your Sermon was very healing and making me settle in the situation which I am now.

It was amazing to read. And I will reread it tomorrow. Thank you very much.

In my opinion, this is probably one of the most basic yet extremely important sermons that one can read.
The core concept of "being human". Trying, making mistakes, feeling hollow, learning from your mistakes. How many do actually give their "human" everiday life the chance that she deserves?
You can make a lot of "mistakes" and tough choices during a single day.
You can go back home early to prepare lunch for your old parents or you can ignore every little chance that life gives you and that would otherwise call you "responsable" later.

How do you grow up? How can you call yourself responsable?
By undirectly making the wrong choices, by not realizing (sticking to the example above) that you have parents, by acting like a child in many aspects of your life and thinking that "things are perfect and this is how everything has to go", by ignoring the fact that there are people working costantly to provide you with care and happiness.
Yes, many people that think that they are "perfect" are still just a child in many aspects of their life.

We indirectly lie to ourself because we want to not realize (or we are not yet ready to realize) that our actions and choices do give us some sort of responsability.
We tend to escape that by trying to become better at every other aspect of our life that is not yet required, or by trying to ignore everything, by thinking that this is the solution to evade the true "responsabilities" that we are instead called to face in our common "human" life that stands right before our every day life.

Facing our everiday responsabilities, our parents, the need to get a job, little to "no importance" choice in between of this is already a key to face our true human self.
Yes, preparing dinner for your parents might put you in an "unconfortable" state. You never learned how to cook, therefore you will feel umprepared for this, not capable of doing things that so called "normal people" do everiday... you will probably throw many temper tantrums inside of you. You will probably burn a few dishes in the next 2 weeks.
Still, you have done it. Yoi do not feel like it but you actually did an amazing thing.
You maybe realized that the "human" feats of you "human" parents are essential.
by talking to them, by learning how to cook for them while being nicer to them you probably solved many things that are related to your natal Moon.
Therefore your material life has also opened up some gates leading to your spiritual life and your inner self.

Then you will probably realize how much time you have wasted feeling "perfect", feeling like a "God" (or more like a child).
How many things about yourself you probably could have solved by... opening up for yourself a chance to.... be imperfect, to be "human".

Once you have realized this you can take the next step and realize that the path to become a hero, the path of truth will always put you in a position were you are not confortable.
You can keep hiding from this or you can actually embrace your human life, trying different things to do good. Failing, falling, growing up from the mistakes, realizing from time to time that you actually got stronger, wiser, more gentile, more capable. Live your human life, try to do good, accept responsability for your everiday actions and choices.
You cannot be a God if you skip the "human part", it is the "human part" that will evenctually help you rise up enough to understand what it is actually like to be a God.

This is what reading this inspired me to write.

Thank you for this sermon HP Hooded Cobra.
Blessings brothers

Thank you so much High Priest HoodedCobra! ⚡🏛️🔥 Your Sermons always come at the right time for us all, I needed to hear this message today as I'm undergoing a lot right now. The path upwards is steep but remains so so so worth it, always, every time! 🙏🏻💚🌟✨
Many unending blessings 🌩️🏛️✨

One of the most important recent sermons you have written, High Priest.

Everyone should read and think about this.

It may be that mistakes are made and you get knocked down a couple of times during these trials.

That still never stops us, we get back up every time because we know we've done it before. By now, we've already faced trials and tasted victory but we very well these were just the beginning. We seek for the grandeur of power and existence this life has to offer and therefore we must earn this through our labor and overcoming.

If you've just begun, know that others have been where you are right now, and some even in 'worse' situations. Still they, or rather we, prevailed through the 1st trials of life and are moving on to the next. So know that you too, can begin your journey and with pride, advance in this life.

Thank you High Priest Hooded Cobra!

Wonderful sermon, gave me fuel for the next 100 years.. Thanks HP!

All trials, hardships, even the minor ones, improve us and shape our character and reality.
I try to see every obstacle as a step toward god, and with this, I can't stay in the same spot and become depressed. We have limited time in this lifetime. Even in my previous lives, I lived or gonna live the next lives. This life is only once, and I don't want to waste it for nothing.

Magnificent sermon, HPHC. Resonated with me a lot, I will read it again and again. Thank you!

Wow thank you for this sermon HP Hoodedcobra! Reading this sermon just lifted me and motivated me even more... as always when im reading your posts!

I've said this in this forum before ''There is always something to be learned in every situation. When you are going through hard times, ask your self this: What are the gods trying to tell me? What is there to be learnt? In every situation we encounter there is something to be learnt... Just be open and observe. The answers might not be clear to you in that particular moment but they will always come clear to you when the time is right and you have learned your lesson.

The specific words used in these last few articles have been so freakishly relevant to my current circumstances that it feels almost hypnotic to read, as though it were directed at me, but I assume that's the case for everybody.

It seems to be a necessary "right of passage" that one's destiny in this path involves confronting their greatest fear and there's no avoidance of this, no matter how "evolved" one is in other areas of life this is a wall that can't be moved but only bulldozed through.

Even after being told by the Gods I would receive their help/guidance, I was filled with complete dread and anxiety and resented my role, as it is the only area in life where I feel incapable, but this helped dissolve my fears and allowed me to "accept" it and prepare in advance.

I think for a Zevist, resisting here will only cause tragedy, and it is best to see these stupid fears as "boss fights" in a videogame or something. Turn it into a game, knowing the Gods are by your side. Rather than blowing it up in your head as this huge thing worthy of fear, trivialise it to an extent. Make it "smaller". Perception plays a large part here, and will only lead to self-fulfilling prophecy.

I was fascinated. It's something I often think about myself.
I notice that people get discouraged at the slightest difficulty, but how can they? Personally, as soon as I encounter a difficulty, I immediately set about resolving it. As much as I know it's not easy for many people, the sad and harsh truth is that standing still, doing nothing, and complaining will get you nowhere. As they say, you have to get off your ass.

I don't regret what I've been through, and I would gladly relive all those moments, especially the negative ones, with the same determination as before. After all, I wouldn't be who I am today without my past suffering. I know it sounds strange to say, but suffering can also be beautiful. Do you know how much I benefit from already knowing how life works and how people work because I was put to the test from an early age? Everyone thinks I'm more mature than my age, but it's just a matter of living life and thinking for myself, without the influence of others.
"What doesn't kill me makes me stronger," said Nietzsche, and he was right.

Thank you HP, be blessed ☀️

I used to think the same with trying and I learned it on the hard way and first hand experience that trying always leads to failure. Since I have no time to it write myself, here there is a good article:

The way you give advice speaks to all, you are truly incredible sir and i hope to one day be able to give advice and to help guide others even if only with a fraction of your ability in doing so. We are truly blessed to have you, Our High priestess Lydia, our Guardians, Clergy and last but not least our incredible GODS. Thank you for the lifetimes you have lived to reach the point you are at now, still guiding us but as one of the Divine. A truly perfect leader. May you all be blessed by the Gods.

It is also important to learn, when you have to give up a pursuit (material) and find something else that is working.

Knowing your birthchart/astrology helps, but you can still fail to outside reasons. Then don´t give up, try something else until it works.

Better think twice and deep research (AI is a great help), before the next pursuit.
