Its normal. To minimize this, make sure to focus the energy outside of yourself and imagine it accumulating. All over pissrael, on their flag, whatever suits your mind. You sound like you used some of your own energy. A kundalini Yoga session will bring you back up.

When you attack spiritually, make sure to not use your own energy. Here it seems you used some of your own energy. The energy raised is enough and you can just direct this.

This can be replaced by one Kundalini Yoga session and eating something. Definitely though you hit them hard. Focus the energy outside of yourself and direct it. Any imagination or focus would be enough, give it represents the cheezen ones.

I have felt this before as well. Like HP Hooded Cobra said, this can also be physical. For example, even when I have just eaten a bunch of food, if I do the destruction ritual (thurisaz) I feel STARVING afterwards. For me, feeling drained after this is fairly normal, and a satisfying feeling
