I tried to open my temple chakras a couple of times but every time I relax, I get to this state where I hear swirls in my head and other sounds and I feel this wave in my head. Sometimes I go into my imaginary world (I named it that) and feel and hear things I want to hear. I can also hear things in my house since I'm not asleep. Also other things pop up in my head but I just go along with it. After I snap myself out of it, I get exhausted to the point I fall asleep or I don't feel like doing anything but lay down. My problem is I can't relax and concentrate hard enough without me going into my imaginary world. Any suggestions???
