Hello to all SS. A while ago I heard about a religion called Taoism. I only know that it comes from China but I don't know anything else, is there anyone who has studied / analyzed it and wants to explain it?

These forums are for Spiritual Satanism. If you want to learn about another religion you can look online or in a library, there are endless resources for all religions.

You can read the tao te ching and find out what it means for yourself. To me it's an eastern analogue of stoicism, based on living according to nature. It's written in poetry instead of prose.

I would not call the Daoism a religion. A very advanced sage who wanted to love in isolation in the mountains, got pressured by a spiritual seeker into writing the „Tao te ching“.

This is as far as I know the only real „book“ or „teaching“ of Daoism.

And it basically just explains the Dao, which is the ancient Greek ether, the vedic Akasha, the nun - or the 4th dimension.

It is something that ever was, contains everything, worlds over worlds, from which everything emerges, that what gives life, that which is everywhere.

You can listen to the Dao te Ching, it will take you around 1h.
But I don’t think it’s a religion, and without understanding and meditation, those are just empty words. You need to be initiated to understand this.

Taoism is in fact an ofshoot of the Original Religion revived as Zevism.

The goal involves alchemy and achieving immortality but it seems lacking in the fact that the knowledge has likely lost quality over time and contact with the Gods was not prioritised so it’s basically a lesser Chinese form of Zevism without the Gods, which will lead to failure in the goal of achieving immortality.

I don’t believe immortality is possible unless with the guidance and approval from the Gods.

There’s most likely nothing in Taoism that you won’t find in a better and refined form in Zevism, along with the blessings of the Gods.
