Can I program my aura to constantly and continuous absorb sun energy to my aura to attract money?

can I also use sun energy for protection and cleansing the same time my aura is attracting money?

Do I need to go under the sun or just near the window will do?

Yes, do separate meditations/workings for each aim. Where the light of the Sun is shinning, preferably oriented toward the Sun, in your case near the window is fine. Just be comfortable.
