I'm doing the destruction ritual,and the last three times I've felt like I can't breathe afterwards, and get a high pulse. Do you think it could be a counter-attack from the vatican?

Before you do any rituals, clean your aura and put up a few layers of the aura of protection.Also, clean your ritual space and the surrounding area/room with Satanic blue fire and the hot fire of the sun. Hold it for as long as you can. This will help.I noticed before I did destruction rituals I would get resistance and voices telling me not to do it. Or excuses would pop up in my head.Ignore them and carry on, it's just the enemy trying to stop you.

Maybe you're giving so much energy from yourself. Try to medorate this and just use the energy raised by vibrating the Runes, not yours. Clean your Aura with the Algiz Rune or the Aum Suryae mantra and you will be fine.
